This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile quiz applications published under the noobbot.cloud platform (including SampleQuiz and future flavors). By using any of our apps, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Introduction

We ("noobbot.cloud", "we", "us", or "our") operate quiz applications that share a common backend, authentication system, and data practices. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regardless of which specific app you install.

2. Information We Collect

Across our applications, we may collect:

• Account information: Your name and profile photo from Google Sign-In
• Email address: Used for account identification; not displayed publicly to other users
• Quiz activity data: Scores, completed levels, coin balance, battle results, streak progress, and leaderboard rankings
• Device identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications
• Advertising identifiers: Your device's advertising ID when ads are shown (see Section 5)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account per app flavor
• Display your name and photo on leaderboards and your profile
• Track quiz progress, coin balance, achievements, and competitive rankings
• Send push notifications (daily quiz reminders, streak alerts, battle results) when enabled
• Operate in-app purchases and verify transactions with Google Play
• Improve app content, question quality, and user experience

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — authentication (Google Privacy Policy)
• Firebase — authentication, push notifications, and analytics (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Google Play Billing — in-app coin purchases (Google Privacy Policy)
• Facebook Audience Network (Meta) — displaying advertisements (Meta Privacy Policy)

5. Advertising

Some of our apps display advertisements via Facebook Audience Network. Meta may use your device's advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google Settings → Ads.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the apps. Your display name and profile photo may be visible to other users on leaderboards within each app.

7. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Data is stored in secure cloud databases. We do not store passwords — Google manages all authentication credentials.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Quiz progress and coin balance are retained as part of ongoing gameplay. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

• Request a copy of your data: Email admin@noobbot.cloud
• Delete your account: Open the app → Profile → Delete Account
• All personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request

10. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL. Continued use of any of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
